how do I care for my artwork?

Original embroideries will stand the test of time if treated well and displayed out of harm's way.
Don't put any pressure on the fabric as this may cause it to stretch.
Don't touch the embroidered area to avoid marks or pulled threads.

what fabric do you use?

I always use natural fabrics, but they vary with each piece so please check the product description.
Threads are always 100% cotton unless otherwise specified.

how will my order be packaged?

Your order will be carefully wrapped and padded with tissue inside a cardboard box.
I use a minimal amount of unprinted packaging to reduce waste and ensure that what is used can be easily recycled globally. Please recycle, or better yet re-use!
I try to practice what I preach so your order may be wrapped in clean, re-used paper.

what if my package gets lost in the post?

All orders are sent with tracking information, please refer to this.
If your item goes missing I can assist with locating it if needed but I cannot be held liable for any orders that are lost, damaged or stolen in transit.
